Welcome to Lakshyaveer Defence Preparatory Academy. By enrolling in our courses and using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Enrollment & Fees

• Admission is subject to eligibility criteria and submission of required documents.

• Course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment plan before the commencement of classes.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

 

2. Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain discipline, respect faculty and staff, and follow the academy’s rules.

• Any form of misconduct, harassment, or indiscipline may result in suspension or expulsion.

• Use of mobile phones is restricted during class and training sessions.

 

3. Attendance & Punctuality

• Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to continue the course.

• Repeated absenteeism without prior notice may result in termination from the course.

 

4. Course Material & Intellectual Property

• All study material provided is the property of Lakshyaveer Defence Preparatory Academy.

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or misuse of materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Training & Physical Fitness

• Students are required to participate in physical training as part of the program.

• The academy is not responsible for any injuries or health-related issues arising during training sessions.

• Students must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions before enrollment.

 

6. Examinations & Certifications

• Regular assessments and mock tests will be conducted to evaluate progress.

• Certificates of completion will be awarded only to students who fulfill attendance and performance criteria.

 

7. Liability & Disclaimer

• The academy does not guarantee selection in defence exams, as success depends on individual performance.

• We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during training, exams, or academy activities.

 

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

• Student data and personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for academic purposes.

• The academy reserves the right to use student photographs and testimonials for promotional activities.

 

9. Amendments

• Lakshyaveer Defence Preparatory Academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

• Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
